Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Weiss Construction application at wc.sown.io. The app is provided for use by Weiss Construction’s owner and invited team members only.

Accounts

• Access is by invitation from the company. Keep your phone and email secure — sign-in codes are sent there.
• The company may change your role or deactivate your account at any time.

Acceptable use

• Record time, expenses, mileage and photos accurately and only for company work.
• Do not try to access data you are not permitted to see or interfere with the app’s operation.

Your records

Time entries, photos and other work records you create belong to Weiss Construction and are used for payroll, invoicing and job costing. The owner may review and correct them.

AI and estimates

Bid recommendations, expense matching and project reports produced by the AI assistant are suggestions. Check them before relying on them; the company remains responsible for its bids, invoices and accounting.

Availability

We work to keep the app available and your data safe, but the app is provided “as is” without warranties. Location reminders depend on your device and may not always fire.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
